Data Portability
In the Data Portability section employee may export their data in Vireo .VSSP Format, they can then pass this to another company so they can import the employee’s data into another Vireo System.
Their Qualifications, CPD, Education & Employment history will be included. They must provide a password to encrypt their data.
This helps your company conform to the GDPR regulations on Data Portability.
Data PDF Export
They may also export their data to a readable PDF file for ease of access, this will provide the information to them in a commonly used electronic format. Their Qualifications, CPD, Education & Employment history will be included in the PDF file that is output.

Data Request
From the Data Request section, your employees may send a Subject Access Request directly to your company’s internal Data Controller.
The request options available are:
- GDPR: Right To Be Forgotten
- GDPR: Automated Decision Taking
- GDPR: Access Request
- GDPR: Request for Rectification
- GDPR: Usage Restriction Request
- GDPR: Objection
- GDPR: Report Data Breach
- GDPR: Other Data Request
